These are all individually hand rolled chocolate truffles, dipped, and designed. I use organic ingredients. They are dairy and coconut cream based. I make all my fruit purees. I use no hydrogenated oils and no corn syrup. I make also vegan, gluten free, and wheat free varieties. All made with love.
