The cost of the monthly pass went up and they decreased the number of buses going into Boston. Adam, the person in charge tells the drivers there are certain stops and not to pick anyone up anywhere else. These “stops” are not listed in any policy or procedures for the company. So they leave people stranded. DATTO is a better organized competitor and they are less expensive.
The driver for bus 8 felt like sitting on his phone outside of the bus for 6 minutes so the 12:00 pm did not leave the station until 12:06. That’s unacceptable considering if you’re even a minute late for the bus they will not let you on board and or leave on you. Bus 8 @ 12:00 pm Tuesday July 30th.
Bloom is back in business once again, after the corona virus trips from Taunton to Boston now back on schedule. Same place where the Gatra buses are, now if they can get to full schedule would be awesome...
No restrooms for patrons. Bus 18 decided to wave me off when I waved for a ride at 11:10a. Which is extremely unfair an unprofessional.
I guess in for even having a bus but other than that they are extrememly rude always. Lots music night a.c.freezing and driver's makes personal stops in dangerous areas on Tuesda for himself and friends
A few drivers, need people training.
The seats on the Taunton to Boston buses are filthy
