they praise their cars, they say that they are new and just arrived, but in fact, I recently rented the same RV as two 3 years ago, the water pump broke down at the beginning of the trip, I was without water for 3 days and they returned $ 100 to me, I see no reason to rent from them

Not sure why some people give 1 stars. It doesn't reflect my experience with Metro RV. I've been coming to Metro RV since I got an RV in 2017 and always found their staff knowledgeable and helpful in fulfilling my RV needs. I'm a DIYer but when I can't figure out how to fix something, I always go to Metro RV for advice and they've always helped me out. 5 StarsServices: Transmission

We are full time RVers and left the providers area before realizing there was an issue, so we had no reason to contact them to fix it. I worked directly with Dometic to correct the install and disconnection. Dometic fridge SBH safety recall kit installed. 30 min job took nearly 3 hours. I repeatedly asked for an update since we were onsite and no one could tell us anything. Finally got it out and the install was very poor quality. They disconnected the 120v power supply and ran a wire from the 12 v to the 120v introducing a fire risk ! Sloppy work and completely incompetent. To get the fridge to work correctly we had to actually remove the safety kit and wire it back properly. Unfortunately now the safety recall kit is not installed and we are at risk of fire again. If you are looking for a company that will take hours to do a simple recall, that won’t give you an update, and will actually rewire working appliance making then inoperable, this is your place!

Never rent an rv from this place. Huge waste of money. The rv ac broke and the fridge wasnt working and the rv was too hot. The rv was dirty when we first came to get. They should be out of business. Never buy from them.

Never rent from this place! We decided to rent an RV for vacation with family and friends to Arizona, and the air conditioning broke down, and the generator. Forced us to waste money on hotels, worst vacation experience never rent from here, waste of money.

There is sick homeless living in a van and 2 more cars like prious Ford explorer who threat people...I haven't see him lately hope is in JailThank you Burbank PD

Multiple times renting from here. Carly, Cheryl and Gregorio are always very helpful. Easy to work with and have also done upgrades to a trailer we had in. Highly recommend!

I am fairly new to the RV experience. I accidentally drove my travel trailer under the branches of a tall tree which tore my electric awning off and caused some moderate damage to the roof, AC, antenna, and refrigerator cover amongst other things. I took the trailer to Metro RV for repairs. There I met with Ulysses who inspected the damage. Ulyssses gave me an honest estimate and showed me some DIY ways which saved me a lot of money on the overall cost. I appreciated the honesty, transparency, and professionalism I received during my visit here. Ultimately, they repaired the damaged roof, the awning, antenna, and replaced the damaged covers. I am extremely satisfied with my new awning and repairs. Most importantly, the price I paid was a bargain. I will certainly be coming back to Metro RV for all my RV needs. Purchased an RV from metro 14 years ago. They have handled all maintenance and repairs... Great service. Friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.
