I absolutely love this place. This is often my weekend go to. I’ve gone here multiple times because of how good and affordable this places is. Mei is the sweetest and always so sweet with all her customers.

Loved the turkey cheese sandwich. Super fresh ingredients and lovely vibes! The owner is sweet and knows how to make the best sandwiches.

Good prices for breakfast Biscuit and sandwiches, but they charge extra for small things. A dollar extra for veggies which is just cucumbers. Another dollar extra for avocado. A dollar extra for milk alternatives. 10 cents for another cup. They have a variety of options including beef patties, sandwiches, coffees, lattes and smoothies. Limited seatings, maybe 7 seats total. 4 individual seats by the window and 2 small tables that sit two each. No washrooms.

She makes the best avocado sandwiches and croissants in the city, hands down! The coffee is great, and the owner is one of the coolest people in the neighbourhood. I love it here.

I had no idea this place existed until the really bad snow storm the other day. The subway shut down and I ducked into here to get something hot and figured out my travel plans. Oh. My. God. The service is incredibly friendly, the prices are amazing and their menu is delicious. Definitely try a date square when you go.
