Blue Beacon

Normally blue beacons do a good job but this day, they fumbled the bag! Went through for a truck, trailer wash and and a trailer washout. The trailer washout was great. No debris or anything left in the trailer. The trailer looked cleaner than before but it's hard to tell sometimes if it's dirty or just faded paint. The truck looks like it got a rinse with high pressure. Spots of bug guts all over. I always get rainy but I guess they was out of it today. Hopefully this isn't the new norm.

Truck wash service is terrible! Told them not to was anything electronic under the hood because I have electronic issues when the do. Well here now I'm 10 miles away in a parking lot because I can't go fast as the speed of traffic as I was able to do the speed limit for a bit but nope it went full limp mode! But other that that they washed at the truck and missed 50% of it! I think for what they charge to wash trucks is getting ridiculous due to the quality of the wash is non existing anymore!

Zack and his team took care of everything I wanted done to my truck. They did an awesome job, he even went back over and triple checked everything as he was training some people, I heard him mention. Keep up the good work guys

This truck wash is great. Always does a great wash job. If its busy they work hard to get thru the line as quick as possible

My only issue is neither of the vacuum work? They have no suction power at all and the handles come off. Need to fix asap. They both have been broken for months! Otherwise good work & great customer service

This place has really gone down the drain. To much focus on quantity instead of quality. When i pay a $120 for a wash, I expect a good job. Instead, I have to walk around and show them OBVIOUS spots they missed, and even then, once it dries off its all streaky. If you're gonna be traveling past another wash, avoid this one!

Awesome job They made my 389 bling and the lady in the office was super nice

What a huge waste of time and money... I showed up with a boat with HUGE oxidized aluminum pontoon tubes. I said the main reason I came was to shine up the aluminum, asked for the Rain X and paid $70. I drove out of the bay and the aluminum looked exactly the same. I was like "WTH??" I drove back around and asked them to do it again. Then they acted like they had no idea and then charged me another $15. Then I asked one of the guys specifically to wash my outboard. He said he would and then simply never did it. I drove an hour across downtown KC just to return home with a marginally cleaner boat and $85 poorer. I'll try another Blue Beacon next time.

The overnight crew did a great job of getting the truck clean and crispy

I have had the pleasure of having my RV washed at many Blue Beacon Truck wash locations and have been very satisfied, but this was the best. I highly recommend this location for your trucks and RV's.
