My name is Kevin Matthews and I am extremely excited to be a new business owner in North Kansas City. I purchased the large car wash and 10 Minute Oil Change from Simoniz at 2020 Burlington Road that was converted to a car wash in 1976. The building was originally a railroad car maintenance facility built in 1911. It is the largest car wash building in the Midwest United States at 20,000 square feet. Now it is even more unique that it is the only car wash in Kansas or Missouri with robotic car wash employees. The patented robots prep cars before they are washed in one of the longest tunnels at 200 feet of washing and drying equipment in the area. The robots never call in sick, always smile, and they wash every car consistently. Kids and parents love them for the entrainment value, and I love them because they do a great job on the cars and help improve production times. I graduated from Emporia State University in 2006 where I studied business and played football. My wife Brandi and I are managing the location together and live in the Kansas City area and want to grow Kevin’s Car Wash to 6 locations over the next 10 years. I have managed carwashes around the country for the last six years. During that time I have researched over 225 cars washes to bring my customers the best of the best results available to car washing.
