One of the woman who work late Mondays was so amazing. Super sweet, smiley, gave my daughter and I water to drink when it was a super hot day. It's the first time we have ever used this laundromat and casino rd can be a little intimidating. She answered all my questions and gave recommendations for which dryer to use.
The attendant was knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed to wash my new comforter such as giving me recommended times and settings.
This place was awesome plenty of washing machine's tables to stack cloth and the staff were really helpful fun and full of life excellent experience
Need to have cash and add it to store card which is an inconvenience. So much simpler to use credit card or cash directly into the machine. Surrounding area is sketchy. Employees are friendly and helpful.
This is one of the nicest laundromats I've had to use. The staff are always helpful and they clean regularly. You can purchase a reloadable card though it seems they'll start the machines for you. I highly recommend avoiding weekends if possible; that is the time it seems busiest. Plenty of parking available. Their hours are great for my random work schedule.

The Blue Lagoon Laundry facility stole my money, don't use them! I had money on one of their special cards you need to purchase and load with cash in order to do laundry. I came back to use it, all of 8 months later, and was told not only can I not use it but they "threw away the machine" that can read how much it had on it, and so they're just going to be keeping the money and not doing anything about it. Absurd! Just literal, blatant theft, and they're going to get away with it since it's too low an amount to take legal action over. I don't care about the money, it's the principle of it, if you take money to provide a service you should either provide a service or give the money back.
The place was great access for me to use the laundry and referred a staff member of the salvation army to do laundry with 5 people. Funny thing is that one person forgot to take his adult diapers out when he didn't know it was in the washer. When drying up n the dryer, a lighter fell out and it was hot therefore it didn't explode but still works. Decent prices and nearby location to stores etc.
New couple that work there are not very helpful and checking everyone out like they want to fight. When I asked the lady to start the machine she never said its $2 more for every single machine and dryer. If she had told me I would of bought a card . The old girls that used to work there were more easy and friendly.
I've been a long time customer here for a year now I come weekly spend hundreds a month. Recently my card stopped working with money on there. They didn't want to do anything about it while multiple machines had clothes in the wash . Apparently their cameras don't work either they don't want to do anything about this . They got the owner of the place to talk to me on the phone. He said the chip card machines are 7 years old and that it's my fault the card failed and that I would have to pay more money to dry my clothes. Packed my car wet clothes taking my hundreds of dollars a month elsewhere. And I really can't believe the owner of this place can sleep at night . They haven't been able to supply new cards for a month now and if your current card fails THEY DONT CARE. Your just an object in their eyes. A towel that stays wet and they don't care if it dries.
