We offer 65 lb front loading washers, 75 lb dryers, drop-off wash, dry, and fold service, and much more. We're proud to feature our Darcie card system, a reusable card that costs $2 to purchase. No refunds given on card purchases. I came up here from San Diego on a two month work assignment for the Navy. I found the nearest laundry facility near my hotel room and had a fabulous experience. Awesome customer service and very helpful. I highly recommend this business!
My go to place to get the job done fast. The attendees are super friendly and helpful. The machines are really clean and the establishment is clean, and they have restrooms . I give Darcies 5's.
Their machines won't accept your debit or credit card, like every grocery store, gas pump and vending machine in existence. No, you have to pay them to provide a Darcie's card, then go to an ATM to take out cash to then feed into their machines to create a card balance. I assume they do this because they'd have a lot of problems dealing with every customer's bank every time one of their washing machines gives you an ERROR message that results in you getting charged twice. Anyone around to help? Nope. Just a sign making it very clear that no refunds will be issued for Darcie's card funds. People that have to pay to use a laundromat are generally hard up for funds already, so thanks for making it clear that you despise us.
My go-to location for washing bulk items, large blankets, and pretty much anything else I can’t wash properly in my own washer and dryer. There’s plenty of seating, washers and dryers of different sizes, pricing is fair, it’s clean and their Dry Cleaning Service is amazing. I dropped off four large blankets close to opening time I didn’t schedule anything or bring detergent, I just showed up with the blankets and I was informed it would take a day to complete but they were ready to pick up same day only 5 hours later! This may vary depending on how busy they are but it was definitely worth!
Clean, great aroma in the air, no chemical smell or cleaner smell. The service was great, I did the drop off and pick up next day and wow am I impressed. I did this as an Emergancy when my washer failed just before leaving on a trip, and it was great. Will probably do this again as a time saver!
I accident my left something in a pocket of my wash. I noticed right when the washer started and she told me that if I stopped it that I would have to pay to restart the wash. there washers are old and do not do a good job. I won’t come back.
This is not how masks work. Darcies Laundry is full of customers with properly worn masks. The only people who came closer than 6 feet to anyone else were these two employees. The guy on the right even spoke to and walked past customers with his mask down. Neither enforced the "No Folding" rule posted on every single dryer. Because of social distancing, other customers have to stand and wait for the rule breaker to finish folding before they can grab their clothes. These employees did nothing to assist when alerted.
I've been there 3 times. The older woman who works there totally unhelpful and dismissive. I had to ask her the same thing 3 times and she kept answering me as though she knew what I was going to say. She didn't. I asked for help twice because my card wasn't working and she just told me to go back to the machine. The machine wasn't working, clearly. Since I don't work there, how would I know? A little assistance would have been very helpful. I took my wet blankets and went home.
I really enjoy the happy hour of this laundromat. I started coming here to wash my clothes because of it. However whenever I have an issue or need help the employees treat you like an idiot. So probably best to be self sufficient as to not be treated poorly.
