I operate as a therapist with a focus on Strengths Based Therapy and Family Systems Approach. This method of therapy allows me as the therapist to focus on the whole individual including an awareness of my client’s current emotional or behavioral struggles and an awareness of their past involving family, culture, and life history. I also focus on identifying each individual’s strengths and using these strengths to help client’s reach personal therapeutic goals.
In my therapy, I provide an optimistic viewpoint focusing on the potential for good and growth that is inherent in the human condition. I believe each client has the power to change. We work together side by side to help heal and move toward the life of fulfillment and happiness that you seek.
