If you want your pool to look green this is the people to call! I hired this people to clean my pool and never got it under control. I started doing it myself and was able to control it right away with just a few visits to pinch a penny to buy chemicals. Part of the problem was that they never showed up on time, every time they came all they added was chlorine to shock the pool and it would look good for couple days then Algie would start growing couple days later. They were good on calling every month to ask for payment.... I sent them pictures almost every week to show them what the pool was doing and they always said that they would send some one to treat it, once again they would come out couple days later and just add chlorine. Finally got sick of their ineptitude to perform as a reputable company and stopped them before they ruin the finishes of my pool. I asked to speak to a general manager but never called me back. Lastly, I dropped my efforts to contact them because it wasn’t worth my time and I had only invested 2 and half month into paying this people. There’re many good pool maintenance companies out there, Take the time to research and don’t let anyone just come and pour chemicals into your pool. It could ruin your finish!

Needed a pool inspection done on our pending house and Blue Ribbon Pools were not only the ONLY pool company to answer/return our calls but they were out to inspect the pool within THIRTY minutes. Great service and so appreciated as we were struggling to find someone to help us. Thank you so much Rebecca and Maurice!
