I called several local brick paver companies for bids on a driveway and rear patio. One never called me back and three others didn’t show up for scheduled appointments. Ralph Perez showed up immediately, surveyed the job, took measurements and handed me a competitive written estimate on the spot. Once we selected our paver style & color, Ralph scheduled the job immediately and completed it 5 days later. His crew showed up on time and was professional, respectful, efficient and their workmanship was high-quality and spot on. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward and left my property in excellent condition. Ralph communicated with me constantly throughout the process from beginning to end and was extremely responsive to all my questions and requests. If you’re in the market for brick pavers, don’t waste your time with anyone else, Curb Appeal is by far the best. Thank you Ralph!

I had become frustrated at the cost, the length of time before a project could be started, and the lack of professionalism with patio paver companies. Ralph was the exception. He was the last company to give me an estimate, which he provided almost immediately. His price was significantly less than all others. AND, he had pavers in stock and had an install date only a week out from his visit. The installers were great, worked hard the whole time they were here. The whole job for our large patio took just over 6 hours to complete. The final product is fabulous! I highly recommend Curb Appeal! We plan on enjoying our patio for many years.

Ralph is a no thrills type of guy. Gets it done. He came out typed up the estimate and we showed up at his shop to pick out the pavers. We were then put on the schedule. No down payment needed just a simple contract to sign. They actually were running late but called me to let me know. The guys showed up did the job and worked hard. The end result is excellent so I would recommend this company to do your paver work. I see some bad reviews out there but don't let that persuade you. Ralph is the man.

Curb Appeal is the right company to hire! The owners Ralph and Andra are extremely friendly and have a passion for their business like no other that definitely is hard to find elsewhere. When it comes to projects, they work with you and deliver exactly what you are asking for. Time again I have recommended this business to anyone looking for patio, paver, and outdoor needs.

This is one location of three, the second location is at the Flea Market on Tamoka Farms Road. Soon the original location, in Ormond Beach, will be open again. This business is owned and operated by Ralph Damian Perez, a quick clerk.org search at the Volusia County Clerk of Courts will reveal some interesting history. I wish I had done that before hiring this criminal, who just hired someone else and that person's illegal alien workers, to do work at my home. What a sorry, disrespectful bunch they were. Ralph, last I checked, has an on going litigation to an alleged back injury, that poor lady and her insurance company, not a thing is wrong with Ralph's back. I watched him lift pavers, bent over, lift concrete and remove large containers of debris. The work he hired someone else to do, isn't even covered under the type of license he has. He orders his pavers from Stone Plus, which he marks up almost 75% and charges a delivery fee, Stone Plus delivers for free. On average, a job costs him 1/5 of what he charges his customers. Ralph has a reputation amongst other paver installation companies in the area, all you have to do is ask around. Ralph attempts to bully his way with his customers after the contract is signed. He will even leave details and agreements out of the contract so he doesn't have to do the work he verbally said he would do. His aggressive behavior usually ends badly if his wife Andra doesn't find out. Andra is aware of her husband's history and does everything she can to avoid fixing anything he screws up so she doesn't have to tell him he is wrong. Don't let these grifters fool you. They are not professional. They've only learned over the years how to scam you out of your money. Home owner beware! I would go into more detail about my experience, but Ralph is a hot head and a huge firearms collector and owner.

Sometimes here in Daytona it feels like you can never find a decent company to hire for a job. Curb Appeal of Daytona dispels this notion. Ralph showed up on time to give me a quote. He communacated with me via email very quickly with any questions I had about the quote. His staff at the office helped me pick out the pavers that worked best for my house. His crew showed up on time to do the install and worked their butts off to complete my 30’ wide driveway, walkway, and sidewalk all in one day. Ralph was there at the start of the day and was there at the end of the day to make sure everything went as promised. This is a well run organization from top to bottom. If you are thinking about doing any driveway, or sidewalks this IS the company to use. Do not waste your money on concrete. The owner Ralph came out to give a driveway estimate for pavers. I could tell immediately he knew his stuff and had a passion for his business. We signed the paperwork and they were on time when they said they would be there. The workers worked tirelessly throughout the day and almost completely finished the first day. The finished driveway is beautiful and we have had many compliments. We did find out they hit our sprinkler lines and that was messed up but when we called Ralph, he and one of his guys came out and fixed it without any problems, complaints or questions. That's the kind of service we expect and enjoy and are glad to print this review for others. I always read the reviews before hiring anyone. I hope it helps.

Bad contractors can ruin your month. Great contractors can change your quality of life. Ralph and the guys at Curb Appeal are certainly the ladder. Expertise, know how, punctuality and price. This outfit is your hardscape solution. Foolish to go elsewhere.

In a world of construction where no one ever seems to come on time or do what they say they are going to do; Curb Appeal does not fall into this category! They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time and on budget. Extremely friendly, called to check on everything and could not be any more professional. But most of all, the finished product was exactly what we asked for! I highly recommend this company!
