I can't speak highly enough of the owner Neal or his employees. They're extremely genuine, nice people and Neal gave me a higher amount for the jewelry I was selling than other jewelers quoted. I highly recommend them if you are buying, selling or even in need of having your jewelry repaired, as I overheard from a satisfied customer who was also there at the time.

I went to Blue River Diamond Co. looking for a ring for my fiancee and the staff were incredibly helpful. They showed me nearly every option possible, explained the differences of the purity levels in gold, and told me what to look for in the aspects of diamond quality. We discussed a budget and they gave me several great options within the budget, and best of all they were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I've already gone back several times to have watch bands and batteries replaced and I am always very happy with the quality of their work and their friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality jeweler in or around Cape Ann.

Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough during the appraisal. I purchased a diamond ring on a cruise; was not sure of the actual retail value. Neal did a great job analysing the stones, it appraised slightly less than the price I paid. He did confirm that the "Fancy Vivid Oragangy Yellow" diamond was authentic. My mind is at ease. I'd recommend them for any Jewelry needs.

I bought this beautiful charm knowing I had this omega necklace. The necklace was never a favorite b/c it wouldn't hang straight. My jeweler here in Cleawater reduced the link and added it to the necklace. It's stunning! I get compliments a the time. Excellent customer service and great price-quality ratio. I appreciate the expertise and training of their staff so they truly know what they are talking about. I have a wedding ring from the 1800s and the staff member could tell me that immediately upon looking at the style ring. Very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful!
