Russell's has been my florist for every Mother's Day! I just had them do flowers for a bridal shower, and the pieces were gorgeous and fresh. They are the best, and I will continue using them for future flower arrangements!
I wanted to get my boyfriend’s family something special for the holidays and Russell’s floral arrangements were perfect. I’m not from the area but still wanted to get them something while supporting local business. Their website was easy to navigate, their selection was impressive, the price was fair for the quality, the delivery process was seamless they even called me when the family didn’t answer the door to ask where they wanted me to leave the flowers, and the arrangement was as beautiful as pictured online. I’d recommend them for any and all celebrations. Flowers are the perfect gift!
I had never worked with Russell before, and can confidently say I will only work with them as a florist in the surrounding area moving forward! They were compassionate, high-quality, fair priced, and went the extra mile when we ran into an issue with the delivery address listed for the gift recipient. The flowers were delivered seamlessly, they were absolutely stunning, and made the day of someone who really needed it. Russell's is a true florist; can't find them like that much anymore; HIGHLY RECOMMEND! : OPE
I ordered the "Simplicity" arrangement for my sister. She sent me a photo so I could see what arrived. It was exactly as pictured on the website. I placed the order in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. Simplicity is a beautiful arrangement, simple, yet lovely...just what I hoped it would be! Thank you, Russell's Florist!

I recently bought an upgraded arrangement off the Russell’s Florist website and it went perfectly. Russell’s florist has a dedicated staff of knowledgeable florist’s that can help you find or create anything you are looking for. I was slightly nervous about ordering an arrangement online but in the end I could not be more pleased with the final result. It looked like a work of art! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for something special and beautiful!
Russell’s has been a fantastic provider of flowers in bouquets and centerpieces that I order. I’ve used a few florist in the area and come up disappointed with the rest - flowers aren’t cheap so they’ve got to be ‘wow’ and Russell’s always deliver that. I highly recommend using them. Thanks guys

Beeee-OND irritated. I phoned Friday to order an Birthday arrangement for my mother. I am in Orlando and believe in phoning direct to avoid the middleman and support local I am from MA, so I googled Gloucester Florists . I explained the gentleman on the phone I had a photo selected off his site, yet wanted to UPGRADE it. He stressed he would and I $$compensated$$ them for that. Onlyyyyyyyy to have my Mom post a photo of what was delivered the next day. I almost passed out when I saw it!! NOT ONLY was it NOT an upgrade it was NOT even as nice as the basic photo. This was to be an extra sentimental Birthday as I know my Mom had been missing hers dearly. I wanted to hug her via flowers from far away and, well...all she got was a, Meh; at best, a grocery story arrangement.
