One of the best experiences I've had here, time and again. I leave feeling better about everything. I have a great therapist and great support. I know Jefferson has their hands full and for people with bad experiences. They do what they can with the resources they have. At the end of the day they are there to help people. Y'all dont have any easy job. And I genuinely appreciate every staff member.

I feel really bad! I have never encountered such horrible bedside manner in my life. They were blatantly ignoring me and not paying attention whatsoever, overall horrible experience. I’m very disappointed and disgusted. Sadly, they are not in the business to treat or help a simple thing. They treating their clients as a piece of meat. The staff were appalling, seemed like they’d rather be at butcher than work at the office. They are rude. No one cares what so ever. my visit to this office was unpleasant. each and every time I went there, it's the worst place ever. Staff is extremely rude and playing games with patients to ruin there day. There isn't any privacy at this clinic, I feel really bad. Wished i was not here! Actually, extra nasty place! I’m not the only patient that has been treated this bad. Terrible place. I wouldn't recommend! Be aware!!

I was a patient here for years and loved it. However trying to get back in is so difficult. Yes I understand I have to start process again but unless you’re suicidal they’ll give u a “crisis talk number!” After being seen 4 times recently in ER last couple they called and were told they’d get me in within week. Once home never happened! It’s important but they don’t care. Besides the same pharmacy staff who has been there for years they’re great. I wouldn’t give intake or any other help any stars. I miss just being able to schedule appt.

It was amazing! Super fast and friendly eventho I went an hour before closing they still refilled my scripts in half an hour.

Incredible kindness, speed, and service. I honestly can't fathom anyone going here and not giving it five stars. The HEAD pharmacist answers the phone, remembers me as a person, and is so kind and helpful. He goes above and beyond. I almost hate to review and spread the word as I've never had to wait a hidden gem. This is the small town pharmacist you remember from 'back in the day' but in a major metropolitan area. I can't give these people enough praise.

The staff is always friendly and fast compared to other bigger pharmacies.. The prices are unbeatable!! For years I’ve paid $35 for a prescription at Walgreens and only $4 for the same prescription here at Blue Spruce.

NOTE: STILL ZERO CONTACT AFTER 15 CALLS AND 7 DAYS WAITING. They don't care about their patients, period. Less than 1 if it would let me. Over the past year or more, the incompetence of their staff has put me in the emergency room at least TWICE simply because they are too lazy to refill prescriptions. Request it on time, give all required info. Than wait 4 days, then call again, and again and again until you can talk to a human being. Then find out they nevereven put in the request. Wait another 4 days, then maybe, just MAYBE, you'll get a refill. Beyond that the staff can often be abrasive and rude, I've been yelled at, insulted and hung up on multiple times. These people are either incompetent or sadist. Ineither case, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LIFE! If you have any alternative, use it. This place is DANGEROUS!!

The staff is extremely disorganized, bad management, I would avoid this place! They lack basic human skills. The whole experience was demeaning. The service of the west Colfax street office is not worth and hassle.

The pharmacist that helped me was amazing. I had lost my insurance for a month because of a paperwork error with social security and I have to take a lot of medications. The pharmacist was great, helping me figure out prices on the 3 I needed and helped me figure out which ones I could afford.

Personally I love it because I'm getting help from a guy named Joel, he only comes on Tuesdays, and he's a great therapist, I do a type of therapy called EMDR, look it up, it might help with what you may need
