Description

At Peoples Pharmacy our goal is - through a super-friendly environment - to provide the best possible care to our customers. We have connected the past and future of pharmacy through state-of-the-art, customized bio-identical hormone compounds -as seen on Oprah - designed to meet each and every patient's unique, thoroughly individual needs. We have helped to raise pain management therapy to its next level by compounding lollipops, sublingual tablets and transdermal creams that exert the desired therapeutic outcome with minimal adverse effects.

Many admire our efforts at blending the arts and sciences of medicine and flavor in our bio-identical troche formulation. We are proud to say that our never-ending commitment to provide the best care keeps us up to beat in the ever-changing world of health care.

We have a full line of compounds for all types of domestic and exotic pets, designed for ease of administration with the special flavors pets love. We have also established a working relationship with local veterinary clinics to provide progesterone solutions as fertilization treatment for our best friends in legitimate breeding programs.

We ask for your feedback on all of our custom compounds and are always agreeable to improvement, as we believe in this statement by the Dalai Lama,

' The mind is like a parachute: it works best when it is opened.'

Yet, some standards must remain!

I switched from Walgreen's to People and loved it, Peoples are so efficient and polite. The staff also go out of their way to be helpful. This was two years ago. Over the past year I have not been given my prescriptions when I arrive, the bag is stapled and I check when I get home and often times the prescriptions are not all there and left in the basket. Also I use Opiates for severe Spinal Degenerative Conditions. Ive noticed over the past several months I had been shorted a few here and there of my Oxycodone. This past week I arrived home and noticed the bottle seemed low. My daughter and I counted them and there were 30 pills missing. I was told they would count there inventory and contact me the following day. I had no follow up call so called them on Friday after Thanksgiving. I was told to take my business elsewhere. I do not have an addiction however, after several years of using them I do have a dependency. If anyone fills a narcotic I would encourage you to count your pills before leaving the pharmacy. I do believe this was Mary I was speaking with. She was rude and condescending. I gave a three star rating because everyone else there are very nice.
Hands down the best pharmacy around. I live almost 50 miles from this pharmacy and it's worth the drive. The staff genuinely care about you and go above and beyond to ensure your taking care of. There isn't enough words in the English language to describe how wonderful everybody is there. Your not just another customer there, your an individual and they cater to you by your specific needs. They're happy to take care of any discrepancies with your Dr's office, and do so with a smile. Your never inconveniencing them. God bless you People's Pharmacy, you have a customer for life from me!!
I had my prescription called in to be filled for my child on Thursday. We never were notified that it was filled, or it was not filed. We called 5 days later to find out Mary decided to not fill the prescription until our insurance was able to pay for it. It was a $15 prescription. We would have paid for it out of pocket. So in the 5 days my 2 month old son lost a full pound because he could not keep his food down. I went into to talk to Mary, and every time I had a question she talked over me, and talked down to me. She is a very rude individual, and I will never got to this pharmacy again. I will be reporting her practices to the Better Business Bureau.
Best, fastest, friendliest, FASTEST, most personalized pharmacy in all of the Denver Metro area! Best ever! Owner is Mary.
The best pharmacy ever. Very well staffed very well, very efficient, very knowledgeable and very friendly. They also have cool otc meds I have heard of and never seen. This is my new pharmacy. It is worth going out of my way to deal with competent, intelligent people. I have picked up this med combo before and was never told by anyone about the severe drug interraction. And she looked at me with a dead serious look of listen to me you want to hear this tone. She was awesome. I wish I remembered her name and all there names. Great team. Super impressed which for me is near impossible
So nice to deal with a local business! The staff treats you like a person, not a number. Unlike the big stores, scripts are filled while you wait. In most cases you are in and out in 15 minutes, not and hour or 2! I highly recommend this pharmacy if you like to be treated like you matter.
***YOU CANNOT GO WRONG CHOOSING PEOPLES PHARMACY*** Peoples pharmacy couldn't be more true to their name than it gets, they're for the people. I used to use corporate pharmacies Walgreens, CVS etc.. and always got heckled for my prescriptions. Sue and everyone else there are always about the PEOPLE not just focused on the pills these people are taking, I say that in a good way, not that they're just dolling out medicine without proper protocols in place. They do human and animal compounding handmade by the pharmacist and always make a point to know everyone by name and vice-versa. Ignore the rude reviews of frustrated people who's responsibility it was to check on their own prescriptions if they haven't been called. These ladies work tirelessly to fill every rx that comes in and in all pharmacies things slip through the cracks. I will forever or until I no longer need medication be a customer to this pharmacy and this one only, AND they're 25mins away from my house.
I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Everytime I try to switch to another pharmacy more convenient I end up going back to People's Pharmacy. The pharmacist Mary is incredibly knowledgable. They have never made a mistake on any prescription and have more than once advised me on a prescription that was not the best for me.
Live rural, drive over 500 miles RT to dr. Spine injury with hardware coming out and cracked vertebrae. Meds are made at ppls pharmacy an mailed to me. Three days later no meds. According to the law I can't fill Rx one day early, so having meds on time is critical. Meds were not sent out, an no one knows why. I'll receive Tuesday 6 days late. A pharmacy should know ppls lives are put on hold and at risk without receiving meds as needed. Saying their sorry does not give me back the weekend I'll loose, or the other symptoms I'll suffer. Pharmacies in general should have a stringent protocol for assuring meds arrive in time and no gap for mistakes. If I had not of called I wonder how long before the pharmacy would of noticed my meds are sitting there pre-paid for??? In fairness, this isn't the only time I've suffered due to lack of responsibility. Im now in adangerous situation and "I'm sorry" does nothing to help me walk, eat, sleep, live as normally as possible which is about 20% of a normally healthy person.
Lol some of these reviews are funny. Poor souls! This pharmacy is always professional and the staff are intelligent, experienced, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend over any big box pharmacy. Thanks to all the ladies who make this possible!
