Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins

About

The Blue Spruce is at 7800 ft elevation bordering the San Juan National Forest. The area offers wonderful waterfalls in Spring, fall colors in Autumn, and cool temperatures in Summer. We have groomed Snowmobile and Nordic trails in the winter.

I can't hardly put into words how wonderful our stay was.The place is so quiet and immaculate. You can shoot pool play ping pong just sit at the campfire take walks etc. They have poker nights and we played bingo and everyone is so friendly. It is pet friendly but you will never see anything on the ground everyone picks up after themselves. The staff is above and beyond when it comes to service. This is the place to stay and I can't ever imagine anyone having anything negative to say about this place.
We have been going to the Blue Spruce Park for 20 years. We used to rent a cabin, and in May 2021 bought a small travel trailer. The past couple of years we have been staying at the RV park in one of the premium spots, which is well worth it. The place itself is very well kept, very clean, and well maintained. The staff is very friendly Mr. Garcia has become a friend. It really is a gem!
The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The recreation area was nice and the laundry room was clean. The RV rental we rented was new, clean and all that was needed was provided but the food. No bears that we seen. The RV campground was beautiful and quiet. We will come back again and again.
If your looking for a great camping location that is off the beaten path and enjoy the fresh smell of Pine trees then this is the place, its spacious, and has RV spots as well as tiny Homes cabins. Your family will not be bored because they have a Rec Center and play ground, there are lakes all around the area with abundant wildlife.
Fantastic!! Absolutely beautiful, so happy to have found this place! Staying in a glamping trailer, so grateful this was available as I had to sell my trailer last year. Customer service is outstanding and very friendly. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay.
Enjoyed going on Thursday evenings for bingo. The regular ladies were great. But the new person thinks she is funny but she isn't. Need to get the original ladies back. If not we may not be going back next year.
Great place for summertime Campground with full hookups. But this summer is especially warmer than usual around 82, and 56-65 F at night. Most sites are fully covered with tall pines & birch. Friendly staff and nice showers. Seen all types of rigs.
The only reason for 4 stars is that I have not experienced all amenities. I stopped in to use the shower and laundry. Not only was everything immaculate, but the staff kept my dog company while I showered. The hospitality is outstanding.
Great space for our camp trailer. Shade from tall trees. Beautiful flowers throughout the park. Nice laundry facility. Very clean bathroom with good shower. Very friendly and helpful employees.
We just stopped in to do laundry. The employees were great. They have 4 washers and about 8 dryers.
