We offer the community a comfortable and child-freindly experience to make money and save money whilst ecologically raising their children in style. We have a gated play area, so even little ones will enjoy a visit to our shop!
CONSIGNING HOURS: Clothing and small items are accepted Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am until 2pm. If these hours are not convenient for you please call ahead the day you wish to come and we will try to fit you in.
GEAR + LARGE ITEMS ARE ACCEPTED ANY TIME THE SHOP IS OPEN, 7 DAYS A WEEK.
CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES: Clothing must be freshly washed and laid flat and UNFOLDED in a basket or tote bin {we do not accept items in bags or boxes} with all snaps, buttons and zippers fastened. We are very picky and only accept nice, current clothing in excellent condition. Gear must be wiped clean, have working batteries, pass recall scans and be fully assembled.
We are all mothers here, and safety is our #1 priority. Our policy for accepting gear is: IF WE WOULD NOT PUT OUR BABIES IN IT, WE WILL NOT TAKE IT!
PLEASE TAKE OUR GUIDELINES SERIOUSLY! We will not be able to look at items unless they meet the above criteria.
CONSIGNOR SPLIT: Consignors make 40% on clothing and small items, 50% on gear and/or items selling over $40, and an additional 15% when they use their earnings as store credit. We want YOUR BEST stuff! We currently give an extra 20% for MATILDA JANE, MINI BODEN and LIvie + LUCA, plus we still give the EXTRA 15% if you use your earning in the shop!
Bluebird Exchange provides the High Country with a year round outlet to buy and sell high quality, pre-loved children's and maternity goods.
We favor quality brands such as Mini Boden, Naartjie, Keen, Hanna Andersson and Gap to name a few, and only accept items in tip top shape!
As well as our fab consignment selection, we stock a ton of new brands such as Milkbarn, Natural Life, Young Living Essential Oils, Vija Kangaroo Care, Chronicle Books, Beco Baby Carrier, The Bird and Elephant, Haba, Hape, Kid O, Jellycat, Chewbeads, Nose Frida, Apple Park Organics and more. We carry a wide array of NEW cloth diaper brands including Bum Genius, Grovia, Babee Greens and Tots Bots, and we have a great stash of pre-loved cloth diapers too.
