Had a limited print of my favorite band done by my favorite tattoo artist matted and framed here and let's just say that I would give 10 stars if I could. Phenomenal job completed in a reasonable time frame! Thank you Morgan and Michaels framing team!! I will cherish this forever!!!

I’ve been coming to this Michael’s for years, but today, venturing into a new medium, Mary really went above and beyond helping me find the tools I needed to be successful.
My favorite place to go in Boone for any and all craft supplies I need. Be sure to sign up for a saver card so you get coupons applied to your purchase. Employees are always very nice and friendly and helpful.
I stopped at Michael's for a frame for my shot glasses I collect on trips. Not only was I able to find one at a good price, but there was a sale BOGO 50%. I almost picked up the second one but only needed one! I wasn't able to get half off, but had a coupon to help with a discount!
My daughter loves this place for all of the craft options. Staff are nice and will walk you to what you're looking for. Don't forget your Michaels coupon; there's usually one available online.
I just love Michael's. This one in particular has one of the sweetest and most helpful employees ever Payton!. Store is very clean and everyone is friendly. I get overwhelmed in that other craft store, y'all know which one....but Michael's has everything I need.
General Manager, Mike, at Michael’s in Boone takes customer service to the next level! I had been waiting on a yarn color that I’d been using to make a blanket to come back into stock either in store or online. I misread that it was in stock in Boone, so I drove for 45 minutes, arriving at the Boone store ten minutes before they closed only to learn that I was looking at the wrong color. The store manager came to assist me ten minutes before they closed. I hadn’t expected a lot of assistance at such a late hour, but Mike at Michael’s took the time to take my name, number and yarn style. He said he would check local stores and would go get it if it was available. He contacted me the next day and said he was unable to locate the yarn style locally but had found it at a store farther away. He said it would take a little longer to arrive because it had to ship. He contacted me three days later and let me know it had arrived and that he would leave it for me in the office with my name on it and to just ask the clerk to go get it. It’s is very rare that anyone in this world goes out of their way to help their customers. He took the time, with minutes to spare before closing, to go out of his way to meet my needs. He took the time to look locally. He took the time to extend his search. He took the time to have it shipped. He took the time to contact me several times. He took the time to make sure I knew how to pick up my product. I paid nothing extra. He got paid nothing extra to go out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Who does that in today’s world? Nobody except Mike. Mike rocks! He’s a great manager. Not only that, but he’s a great human being. If more people in this world were like Mike, there would be a lot less problems. No more Hobby Lobby for me. Michael’s in Boone all the way! Thank you Mike!
