I ordered double meat breakfast, was really yummy. Took the French toast to go for later. Was good left over as well. My boyfriend ordered rise and shine burger he loved it. Has egg on it yummy. Service was great we recommend this placeFood: 5/5
My husband and I went to eat there on Saturday at 5 pm. The waitress was great. The food on the other hand was fair. He ordered Steak med. rare with shrimp, broccoli, and coleslaw . The Broccoli was the best thing in our meal. I had burnt cod with mashed potatoes. The broccoli was the best of both meals. The tea was great. The waitress could not have been better.
Lunch rush. Busy ,but the staff was on it. Had a few minutes to wait before seating and the a small wait for our food. The waitress was nice. Had some Cole slaw that was not up to pare but was fixed by a substitute salad. Chicken and biscuits were good, sweet tea, mashed potatoes/chicken gravy with broccoli hit the spot. My sister has had a bad experience or two with bland food but this time she said it was good. This is the location across from outlet mall in Jeffersonville.
Absolutely terrible service. Stood waiting to be seated for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement of us there was 8 of us.. pretty hard to miss. One lady finally comes to get a menu for another customer and tells us someone will be with us but no one comes. Yet you see three ladies gathered around talking. We left! Went next door to Waffle House and got seated right away. Stay away from this Bob Evans location. I understand if you're short staff but a little acknowledgement would've been great.
The Wait for the food was extremely long. The sausage was not cooked thoroughly. They kept messing up my pancakes order. When i finally got them some were overcooked and others undercooked. Someone forgot to defrost the strawberries. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was a horrible experience and i left hungry.Food: 1/5
After we were seated the server came by to "greet"us. Said how they didn't want to be there. Not cordial took a while to even bring us water. Then waited a while before they came to take our order. We ordered an appetizer and our meals and then proceeded to wait another 25-30 minutes and then everything came out at once. The food was cold, the gravy had skin on it from waiting I'm assuming at the counter. When asked why the appetizer and soups came out with a meal. Was told that's the way they do it. This was just our experience, it might have been a one off, but it is definitely not one we would like to repeat.
Visited during a slower time 3'ish. Waited a while to be recognized and seated. When our server came by to introduce himself, he told us he'd rather be at home in bed because his kid kept him up all night. When asking questions around the menu, we were met with a blank look and an "I really don't know." We had to ask him if he could check. The food took a very long time to come out. We upgraded two of the meals to the 3 course option, which included soup or salad. The soups came out with the meal. Blueberry Pancakes were cold. The French fries were cold and stale tasting. The food just was not what up to what I remember as Bob Evans quality. The service was even worse.
Awesome customer service. Great food wirh the best family Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomed. It's a whole family affair. Parking: Clean parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
Ok I only gave 3 stars because I didn't dine in but I love the atmosphere when I walked in. The staff was really nice, it was very clean in there, and it was very convenient to and from my hotel. I ordered the pot roast and chicken salad to go, I didn't check my order before I left cause it was no one in there so I figured the got it right. I get to my room no pot roast, but the chicken salas was presented well, so I had to go back to get my pot roast. I get back to the hotel and what I got was disappointing cause there were no potatoes, carrots or juice on the pot roast, BUT when I taste the pot roast I couldn't even be too upset no more because it was ssssooooooo good and moist, but I wanted my vegetables. So there you have Bob.
We came here this morning and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had at Bob Evans! Our server Joanne was so kind and such a good waitress! The whole place was nice and clean. We got in quickly, got our food fast and everything was hot and fresh! Definitely would come back and bring everyone. I cannot stress enough how great the food was and how friendly the staff was.
