Melissa is a true advocate and fights for her clients. She is an outstanding attorney.
Melissa is someone who cares for people. If she can help, she will, even if she can't formally represent them as clients. The need for legal services when you need them is not easy to come by. Lawyers don't have the best public image. She and her team are very different. Ask a past client.

Melissa helped me with all the procedure to obtain my permanent residence card, she walked us through, submitted all documentation and kept us updated as the case was moving forward. Melissa and her staff were completely professional during the process even when i renewed my green card, now i am a proud citizen as of May 2019 without any complications. I would highly recommend Melissa and her staff to handle your case. My case was resolved with efficiency and care. She explained the process clearly and the results were to my favor. Loved not having to deal with the insurance until she explained what the process would be like. She saved me from being insurance “shark bait!”

Recently resolved a car accident case. Was very pleased with service from beginning to end by her and her staff. It is rare to actually talk to an attorney these days, I had a former experience, and was impressed that I did speak with her more than once while she handled my claim. Her staff is easy to reach and very professional.
DO NOT use this person if you value and have a really strong case she will not fight for you and will try to settle for first offer will not offer you to go to court making easy money for her not you some how i believe she side with the insurance companies instead of the injured person the bar association should really take a time to investigate this person you have been warning look around for better options.
I’m so glad Melissa Bobadilla handled my case and managed the entire process. I’ve recommended her to my friends and family as well.
No option for no stars.. So lets select one. Definitely DO NOT recommend Melissa at ALL. This is for close family experience/service. Treated very poorly. Lack of communication. Rude.
