I did Notary work for this firm several months ago, Three Appointments. I was never paid for my services despite several attempts to collect. No responses at all. They seem to be developing a reputation for not paying their vendors. While they seem to be knowledgeable and compassionate attorneys, tending to the business of Business is not a strength.

They helped me get through my divorce with my psychotic ex husband. They were always there and empathetic if I needed reassurance and just someone to talk to. They helped me relocate out of state and got my ex off my back. I can't tell you how much they've helped me and how much effort and empathy I got from them. 100% recomed

We were hired to serve some legal documents. And the paralegal had informed us that there would be several cases long story short it was just a very small handful with the promise of more later which is why we gave them a lower rate. We also turn this around quickly for them within less than 24 hours everything was served. We had to wait forever to get our payment and we're given attitude from the paralegal that originally hired us and then when we inquired about what happened to all the work this Law Office decided not to respond. Pay your process servers on time hopefully the next process server that serves for this law office gets prepayment I would highly recommend you do.

They started out strong with me months ago, but I think I got put on the back burner. Sent an email with copies of forms I wanted to be advised on before filling out. Sent it on Saturday so they'd have them first thing Monday morning. Called on Monday. Left a message. No response. Called Tuesday. Was told that they received the email, but "sometimes" they get busy and they'd call me later that day. They never did. Wednesday, no call. Thursday, no call. Called Friday @ 1:30. They said they received the email, but they had an emergency. They added that they'd read it and call me back. They didn't. I'm sure legal offices can get crazy busy sometimes, but if you say you're going to call a client - you really should call them. If you're not going to, don't say you will. Or at least shoot them a text to tell them what's going on, and to reschedule the call No responses to emails, no calls, and no texts will disappoint said client - and it was disappointing. They did, however, end up answering my call and making time to resolve my issue on Monday. The conversation I waited a week for was under 7 minutes long. Could've been handled sooner, but at least it got done eventually.

This law office is run by absolutely wonderful people. They weren’t able to take my case but they helped tremendously with legal advice on what I can do on my own. They gave me their time, even though they didn’t need to, and I’m so appreciative of that. Would recommend to anyone seeking help with their line of work. It was such a pleasure to talk to them and I believe just from a short phone call that they truly want to help anyone that they can. Thank you so much for your help!!!

I recently needed legal assistance in the Portland area. I found the Janzen Legal Service through the Probate Court website, and found them to be professional and accommodating to what I needed.
