Alonso and his colleagues couldn’t have been more helpful in finding the items we needed. He also went above and beyond in helping make sure we had the right size items and even gave us a small discount in the process! Amazing customer service. We will go back again.
Staff was very helpful. I was in the store to help my mother to get ideas for new furniture, and we let the staff know we were more there to get ideas to refresh her house. They were helpful letting us know where to find everything, and told us to holler if we needed any help. I came across a painting that would fit perfectly in my own house. I asked about the price one of the rare items that wasn’t marked. The staff took it off the wall, stated a price which was way under my expectation, and helped me check out quickly. So happy I stopped in!
These guys took incredible care of my wife and I when we first moved here. We were having issues with another furniture company I won’t say who but they’re not local and Alonzo and his team helped us pick out some pieces for our new apartment and delivered them the same day! They even offered to lend us a couch while we were waiting for the other furniture co pant to finally deliver it. Great business model and great service from these guys! Made us feel at home even though we were transplants.
I had a great experience at Bobcat Home Furnishings! It was my first time in and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up buying 3 pieces of furniture and plan to return soon to purchase more. They are delivering my items tomorrow and I can’t wait to have them in my house. They definitely have a customer for life with me!
I just purchased a number of pieces from Bobcat Furniture. First, I was incredibly impressed with the quality and variety of furniture available. Second, everyone I encountered from the people on the floor to the delivery guys were friendly, helpful, and personable. I can’t recommend Bobcat highly enough!
The shopping experience was smooth. We described our situation and what we thought we wanted, were guided to the pieces to consider, and were in and out quickly. We love the piece we chose and they did their best to get us the best price possible. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic store! They have such a curated yet wide selection of quality furniture — the craftsmanship is noticeably above what other stores carry stylish, natural materials, lots of US-based manufacturers and for great prices. Customer service was the best experience we’ve had in town. Alonzo the owner and Jered the store manager are wonderful to work with; my husband and I have been furnishing our home and Jered had an encyclopedic knowledge of the materials, configuration options, and pricing for various pieces whether we were asking him about dining sets, mattresses, or couches. We ended up finding everything from the top of our list at Bobcat and will be excited to return for additional items as we get our home set up. Can’t recommend them enough!
Came in for a bed frame, 15 minutes before closing. Had a super friendly sales person show me their options. The one I chose was on sale and had an additional 15% rebate. Both my salesperson and another associate helped me deconstruct said bed frame and load it in my car and was out of there within 20 minutes. So, super friendly people, great service and good prices. Will definitely be returning for future furniture needs.
