I started on my parents' plan, transitioned to my own, and I will never switch to a different provider! The customer service and care is unmatched. Everyone is so helpful.  I have excellent coverage for a very fair price. I recently bought a new vehicle and wanted to lower my monthly insurance payments if possible. Shannon was transparent and talked through my entire policy to find where I could make some cuts. I didn't have to sacrifice safety or protection just to get a better price. She could have omitted information to keep me at the same price point, but she was honest and helped me so much!!  Bigger agencies have started emailing me quotes since I've been researching insurance. Bock is not only a lower cost for the same or better coverage, they are easy to reach and personable. Trustworthy, clear, and kind.

Anyone out there looking for the BEST insurance agents you can possibly ask for?? BOCK Insurance...an Erie Insurance Agency.  Been with them for close to 40yrs and wouldn't dream of ever changing. As a senior citizen now, they do whatever they can to adjust for your age & needs at that time. Simply ask for Sandy or Shannon.

I have personally been with Bock Insurance since I was 17 in the early '80s and my parents were with them since the early 1970's....I have always been treated with respect and fairly. Their prices are the best I have found and the service is undeniably the best! They are like family to me and my husband. We have home, auto, life and have had other types in the past. I have never waited for a quote, question or suggestion. They are always looking out for me to save me money and not have me paying for duplicate types of insurance. Personally, they have been there through the deaths of my parents and through my personal live changing illness. You will not be disappointed!

Shannon Butts and Sandy Bock provided excellent customer service when I went through Bock Insurance for my Auto Insurance. They were able to answer any questions I had and gave me a great rate. I would recommend Bock Insurance to all my friends and family for their insurance needs.
