Our experienced physical therapists utilize a combination of hands-on techniques (manual therapy) to restore soft-tissue and joint mobility in conjunction with an individualized, prescriptive exercise program. Our long term goal is to not only fully alleviate the symptoms, but to additionally treat the underlying dysfunction, thereby reducing the chance for future injury or pain.
