Body & Soul Boxing Gym is now Coral Gables’ first boxing-only gym. As the third branch of South Florida’s successful Body & Soul brand, Body & Soul Boxing Gym joins Body & Soul Gym and Body & Soul Crossfit as the area’s pre-eminent workout facilities.
Just steps from The Shops at Merrick Park, Body & Soul Boxing Gym is now open at 3870 Shipping Avenue. Body & Soul Boxing Gym offers a unique schedule of dynamic group classes, personal training, and a free-weight area for those who prefer to work out on their own. The boxing gym also has kids classes throughout the week. Each class is created to push members to the max and educate participants on the importance of health, nutrition, and self-defense. The facility features a full size competitive boxing ring, 25 punching bags and the ability to fit nearly 30 participants in a class.
