Bodytrends Personal Fitness offers personal training and small group fitness classes. Class types include strength training, step aerobics, Pilates, kettlebell, high-intensity interval training, and tabata. Classes are offered in sessions of 6-8 weeks. Clients may sign up for any number of classes per week per session.
Private personal training is also available in the weight room. Each client should expect training directed at their needs and determined goals.
