BodyWorks By Kathy is a small Fitness Studio with the main focus being the
TRX Suspension Training System. The TRX Training System is taught in a small class environment with only 5 participants. I like the small classes because it insures that everyone gets the attention they need and deserve by a Certified TRX Trainer. Along with TRX Training I add Spinning or Rebounding to the mix.
BodyWorks also has Certified Personal Trainers if you are interested in One on One Training.
