The R.E.D. Warrior® Workout is more than just another fitness format. It is a Practice. It is not designed to entertain students, but to help them take responsibility for their workout, question their “why” for training and accelerate their success. You will learn to “Quiet Your Mind™” and in turn, “Empower Your Body™”. The program is designed to enhance your ability to listen to your body and understand what works for you. Through our “States of Mind™” discipline you will be empowered to make (training) choices that serve you best. Set to inspirational music, men and women of all fitness levels will improve their cardio, strength and agility while strengthening their mind. The workout fuses the mental discipline of Martial Arts and Military Training and is taught in five minute rounds followed by two minutes of active recovery. Be prepared to “Go Inside” as this format is different than anything you have experienced.
