Really beautiful park. Parts of it are along the road, so you'll hear traffic. Other sections are alittle less noisy, but you'll likely hear the road the entire hike. The Park itself is fairly small. Lots of little waterfalls around the pathways.Great for walking the dog, biking, and walking. If you are walking there are always a handful of people biking, but the walkways are pretty wide. Right now, there's some nice fall folliage with big trees that have turned bright yellow. When it rains some of the bridges can get flooded making it difficult to go from one park to another. Just something to be aware of. Dog-friendliness: Great for a walk with your dog. Areas to get in the water on hot days.
Excellent concrete sidewalk trail wide enough for bicycle traffic. Beautiful weather, beautiful trail, beautiful day. I am grateful.
Absolutely loved it, first time going. It runs into or is part of heritage trail 4mi and runs along the creek so there are plenty of places to cool off!!
I enjoyed the sounds of the creek that ran through it. The wooded area is nice. There is a nice soccer field but the skate area is weird.
Nice park, great train. Wonderful big open field for kids to play around in. Not a biggest playset but nice for a 45 min play time. Bring bug spray bc there were plenty of mosquitoes! Playground: Lovely! 5 year olds and 9 year had fun.
Great small park with different activity scapes for toddlers and children. Would be nice to have more light in the restroom and a swing set
Bohls Park a great place for an early trail hike. The gravel trail around the soccer field is easy on your knees. Wide enough for physical distancing from other walkers. The wildlife is abundant with squirrels and colorful birds.
Clean and we'll maintained. Also has three pokestops. Trails are clean and maintained and the dog poop bags are full. Has a good playground with lots of climbing installments and a unique merry go round. Has a single bathroom and wood chips grounds.
The park gets 5 stars!! Lighting stays on for night games Open fields for soccer, etc Track around fields for exercise Kids play area well maintained Good locationWorking Bathroom Directions to the park are not directions to the park. They go to the neighborhood entrance in the middle of the park. The parking lot is off Immanuel.
As a retired Navy vet, didn't realize there was a memorial in this park. First time visiting. On a beautiful Easter afternoon, there were many families out there enjoying the holiday, the great weather, and a beautiful park. Since I live close by, it will now become one of my more frequented parks for an early morning or late evening run.
