Not the company it used to be... Bolt Center was my go-to source for fasteners for well over a decade. There was a heavy-set, older gentleman who was hugely knowledgeable and helpful. His customer service was exceptional, and you felt like a valued client. It was a pleasure doing business there. Unfortunately, he retired and the customer experience has plummeted. Now service often comes with an attitude and rather than feeling like you're business is appreciated, you're made to feel like you're an inconvenience to them. There are several other companies in SLC that carry fasteners. I'd rather go where my business is appreciated....

Worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. Called to check availability of some fasteners was told “don’t have”. So I politely asked if they could order them for me. I was asked how many and when the quantity wasn’t high enough for them he said no and hung up on me before I could even ask where else to look. Honestly one star is too much. These guys are awful avoid at all costs.

I showed up with a pair of headphones that had the tiniest little bolts that had fallen off, and the person who helped me was so kind. He took the time to search through countless tiny screws until he finally found ones that would fit. Those headphones have been broken for years, because I could never find any hardware small enough to fit them, so I am incredibly appreciative of the customer service I got here.
