I've been coming in to this store for years. Most of the guys working at the counter mainly the bald guy have been nothing but rude. They only want to give you the best service if you're a big company with lots of employees. For some reason, the number of employees you have means more to them than the amount of tools and accessories you buy... I'm 100% buying my hilti pins and guns on eBay from now on. I've given them too many chances.

World class staff and world class products that last forever if you take care and love them, and over the last couple years have come down on there prices which was the most reason why most concrete guys stayed away from this brand.

One of the representatives was really cool and respectful the other guy with the ball head wont say the name Kept interrupting and was very ignorant, Even after I had explained we had a lease program through them to cover the piece of equipment he insisted on charging our company somthing that was clearly 'Covered by the lease program' we've had with them for years. I would recommend only working with Matt! Great guy and does anything he can to help and set the situation right.

The only product to use on concrete drilling, chipping, etc. Any other product will cost you time and more money in the long run.

They told me they had an item in stock. I drove 40 minutes to pick it up and they told me they didn’t have it. Great service
