A small eatery run by a couple that I read were from Egypt originally. Took me a few minutes to find their location; they’re in a large office building across from Trader Joe’s, on the first floor. My salad, feta mixture, pita and hummus were really tasty, but the Star was the lightly fried falafel that was gently crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Excellent with the tzatziki sauce. One of the two chefs/owners suggested calling in my order next time. I’m glad I found them and they certainly deserve the 5
Bon Appetit is a wonderful genuine restaurant with amazing food that’s fresh and never disappoints. Highly recommend trying, and ordering a chicken feta platter, with their feta crumble. Baklava is delicious as well. Have never had a bad meal. Good prices. When you walk into 80 Wolf Rd, it’s on the first floor behind the elevators. Usually office workers will eat here but if you’re looking to try something new, go do it!
I'm new to Egyptian and Mediterranean cuisine so I was curious about this place tucked inside an office building. The food here made me change my mind about falafel, hummus and feta cheese. That's saying a lot, normally I dislike how dry falafel is, but I guess I never had good falafel. The falafel here is made-to-order and I got it piping hot, right out of the deep fryer. I ordered ahead of time, a little before 12. The sampler platter is soo delicious. Like, every part of it was like 10/10. Koshari was good too. The next time I go, I'll order one entree because ordering two was way too filling for me. A coworker of mine tried the falafel too, and said it was delicious and asked me to grab some the next time I go.
Hands down the best falafel I’ve ever had! These perfectly crispy yet fluffy, herby and aromatic discs of fried goodness are worth every penny! The beef gyro was flavorful too, and the koshari is definitely worth a try! The tomato sauce that comes with the koshari makes for an amazing flavor combo. Everything was made fresh to order, and the owners are super friendly and kind as well! Truly a hidden gem
The owners make the food in front of you. Always delicious and a good value. My favorites are the Chicken Fetta Platter and the Beef Gyro. Eat there several times a month as I work nearby.
From the moment we stepped foot into Bon Appétit, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. The charming and attentive couple who run the place staff are knowledgeable, and passionate about providing an exceptional experience. Bon Appétit is a hidden gem located inside a business building. This small eatery offers an extraordinary culinary experience at bargain prices. Their French fries are in a league of their own, with a scrumptious garlic topping that surpasses all competition. The flavors throughout the menu are spectacular, and the value for the quality of food is exceptional. Don't be fooled by its unassuming location; this place is a culinary treasure that shouldn't be missed.
I was online looking for a place to eat and found this wonderful place. Came in for a breakfast sandwich but ended up getting a Gyro. Sooooo delicious, made with care. I even noticed the washed the lettuce. I work in the food industry and I have never seen them what’s the lettuce. Definitely will be back. Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu.
Great food at great prices. It's hard to find initially since it's inside the building. Seating available across the hallway. Super nice couple running this gem. Not fancy, just great value.
I just returned from a trip to Egypt a week ago & was desperate to find a local place that served Koshari, Egypt national dish. After a Google search I found this place. I went yesterday and ordered the koshari, stuffed grape leaves & baklava. All of it was like I had in Egypt, along The Nile on our cruise. The owners were lovely, friendly people like all the Egyptians we encountered on our trip. I'm so happy there is a place locally to get my fix, but also to support such lovely people. You won't be disappointed with the food or service.
You have to visit this place! I just had one of the best to-go lunches of my life here. I highly recommend the falafel platter. For $10, I got 4 giant falafel, baba ganoush, hummus, tahini, tzaziki, pita, and a salad with lots of veggies. Everything is homemade and incredible. And the owners could not be nicer. Can't wait to go back!
