Good portions but food was a bit bland. They ran out of lobster ravioli. Pretty good martinis, $5 on Thurs with outdoor seating. Nice place for apps and cocktails, not the best for main entrées.
I don't know why it took me until last night to go into this bar. I love Martini's and they have fantastic ones. We did an Ugly Sweater bar crawl last night and this was one of the stops. I loved it. The decor, the ambiance, and the bar tender. I definitely will frequent much more.
Bonton has never disappointed, except for when they've been closed. If you're looking for a good martini bar in the suburbs, look no further! Between this and Lilac League there's no reason to leave downtown Lombard! Also, I don't feel like they do a very good job of showing exactly what this is: it's a martini lounge connected to a restaurant that primarily serves Italian style food. You can get either atmosphere and both menus are available in both establishments. Give them both a try, preferably together!
Have only been here for drinks so far. The owner/bartender gets top rating from me and my guest. This is now a favorite spot four a nice drink in a very pleasant atmosphere. We'll check out the food one of these days too.
Great place to go! The owner/ bartender is very helpful and takes pride in his work. The dishes he comes up with is extravagant and the wine choices are numerous.
Amazing atmosphere with a very modern appearance. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of drinks! I'd love to see what it's like on a busy saturday night!
Terrible service! Worst I have ever had, the server was rude and annoyed to take our order, and we came at 730, 5 and a half hours before closing! Slow slow slow, it took over 20 mins for our drinks to come out from the bar, the server never checked in with us, took forever to bring the check, will not be back
