I keep recommending every bride I meet to go to Jasmine! This was the hands down best bridal experience I had during wedding planning. The staff was very understanding of my vision and preferences for a wedding dress and this salon has so much to offer! So many beautiful dresses and the quality was so high! Jen really took the time to listen to me and was considerate of my budget. More so there was no push to make a decision in the moment of my first visit but a welcome to come back. I was really stuck between to dresses and this style was not at any other salon I went to. I called and Rachel booked me in right away and I revisited the dresses I loved and made a choice! I said yes to the dress and was so overjoyed. Following my shopping these ladies continued to be a part of my team. The salon stored my dress until my fitting but I was able to go in and try it on for my mom and friends. When I went in for my fitting, the seamstress was so friendly and listened to any feedback I had on alterations. She was even able to alter a family veil I had but had a hole in it. On the day of my wedding I felt amazing and had so many compliments. I cannot thank the staff enough for making this experience so wonderful!
I had such a wonderful experience here, I don't know where to begin! Let me start by saying Rachel and Jenny are AMAZING! They are so friendly and accommodating! I had my bridal appointment and both ladies were helping me and let me tell you, it was like shopping with my girlfriends! They made me feel so comfortable! Let's be honest wedding planning can be very stressful and they made this experience so much fun! They were not putting any pressure or being pushy! They truly made me feel like they cared more about me finding the dress of my dreams than making a sale!!! Not only did I find my dress here but my mom found her dress and we picked bridesmaid dresses. There are so many styles and color options for the bridesmaids dresses! You honestly can't beat the prices, quality, and selection you have to choose from! We looked at similar bridesmaid dresses at a different salon after we already had the appt lol and they were double the price and the quality was not as nice as the Jasmine dresses. I will also be sending my fiancé here to look at tuxes! This is a one stop shop and I can't say enough good things about it! Thank you Rachel and Jenny for making this such a wonderful and easy experience!!! and shout out to Rachel who added a last minute dress for me to try on and it ended of being THE ONE!! :
One stop shop. Jasmine had absolutely everything and more. We were able to find a dress for the bride, bridesmaids, and mother of the bride within a matter of an hour. The prices were fair and in line with market. They also offer alterations and different color choices. Not to mention - the whole building was beautiful and inspirational.
I had a wonderful experience at Jasmine's Galleria. I was welcomed by the staff and immediately offered something to drink. They were very friendly and professional. I absolutely loved the decor and the set-up they had. It felt very clean and organized. Brianna was my sales consultant and she was the absolute sweetest. She let my family members and I walk around and pick out the dresses we liked. She really made us feel comfortable and let us take our time without any pressure. She was there to answer questions and offer feedback and expert advice on the dresses. She helped me into all the dresses with ease and precision. We were there well over two hours and we had the whole place to ourselves which was so nice. I honestly feel if it weren't for Brianna helping us I wouldn't have found my dream dress. Big thanks to Brianna, I will never forget you and you will always be part an important memory of my life.
Jasmines has been the BEST experience shopping for not only my wedding dress but for my mom and future MIL as well. Jenny is just amazing from her kind & fun personality to her honesty to bringing my exact vision to life. She makes you feel comfortable, a top priority and so beautiful with ZERO pressure to make a choice on the spot. You will not regret going to Jasmines!!
The staff at Jasmine Galleria were great, they were very communicative and helpful wherever they could be. However, as a groom, I would not recommend renting from them, especially if your wedding party is not local to the area. Since there is only one Jasmine shop, the groomsmen who live out of town were supposed to get measured at any suit / tux shop and send in their measurements. After doing this, several of my groomsmen received a response from Jasmine effectively saying "those can't be your real measurements." I thought measurements were universal, but I guess Jasmine has their own way of measuring? Left with no other options, a few of my out-of-town groomsmen wound up measuring themselves, which didn't end up well. The suits didn't come in with much time to alter them, and you're not supposed to alter them anyway. There are several companies out there that acknowledge the difficulty of getting measured remotely, and account for it by sending the suit / tux early and giving you a voucher to make minor alterations before the big day. I would definitely recommend this approach over Jasmine
After visiting 4 bridal dress shops, I had the BEST experience at Jasmine Galleria. I came with my mom and mother-in-law, and we had so much fun and felt incredibly comfortable here even with COVID restrictions. My consultant Jenny was incredible! It was almost like I was trying on dresses with a friend. She asked me what I liked and didn't like, gave great options, and let us walk around the storeroom to see if there were any other dresses I wanted to try on that she didn't pull. I never felt pressured to buy, and Jenny was always on board with whatever I was feeling or thinking. I almost didn't even make an appointment to come here, but am so glad I did!
I Purchased a bridesmaid dress from Jasmine Galleria for my cousins wedding! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! The color options and number of bridesmaids dresses is incredible! I've never seen so many different options! We had so much to chose from!!! I've been in so many weddings and this place had such an easy process and was so great for all the girls in the party! The girls up front Rachel and Rose were super friendly and our consultant, Annette was extremely knowledgeable and gave great advice! Also, Diana in alterations is amazing and did a wonderful job on my dress! Thanks Jasmine Galleria I will recommend!
Horrible experience I paid $75 to get my dressed helmed because it was too long knowing that Jennifer said we’ll receive free alterations on length, which was a lie!!! Then went back because the dress zipper kept getting jammed in the same spot, which they tried to give instructions on how to hold and put the dress on, now after receiving my dress today the dress is still missing the same piece. I do not recommend their service at all to anyone! This was a waste of $325 and not to mention the dress sticking is horrible! This place is a rip off. I wish I could leave no stars.
Top notch! -- I recently returned to Jasmine for a second look at a dress I had tried on months before when I first visited. They kept my file so it was very easy to find the dress. The Galleria is elegant, you can walk a runway and feel like a queen. My expert consultant, Rachel was fabulous! She goes above and WAY beyond the call of duty even Facetimed with my Mom to help with my decision - who does that?. This really is a one-stop-shop if you are a bride-to-be. Don't pass up making an appointment -- you won't regret it. #askforRachelV.
