Clean and affordable. Only problem is the Google maps directions tells you to go to a one way exit.. Unable to enter where maps tells you to go unfortunately.. Means no deliveries, no Uber pickups, cold pizza delivery. always a frustration to deal with. Gatta be a way to fix this problem.
When we arrived @12:30pm, we were greeted by a sign in the door saying the office is open from 2pm to 5pm. Would have been nice if this had been mentioned either on the phone or in the confirmation email. At the very least, there should have been paperwork directing us to our spot - I made this reservation 2 MONTHS in advance. There is absolutely NO WHERE to to walk the dogs. It was quiet, so that was good. And the cost wasn't too bad. No wifi available unless you go to the office....you know, the one that's only open from 2pm to 5pm. The spot was nowhere near big enough for our 40' rig & tow vehicle. Their website states they can handle up to 45' rigs, but nothing I saw came close. I really wanted to like this place as it is very conveniently located to where we have to be when we come to the Reno area, but we will have to try somewhere else next time.
I have been coming here since I was a kid playing in the arcade drinking milkshakes. Always has a welcoming family vibe, as well as loose slots for those who like to win. Definitely would recommend.
Was consider renting here until I talked to a tenant named Tara Bolsma who recommended I shouldn’t. That it was horrible bathrooms. Not handicap friendly & extremely rude management.
Long-term resident three years visitors more than welcome a friendly quiet place

Terri the Manager of the parks is extremely nice and very helpful and friendly . The park is well kept up clean and we are on a waiting list to move in can’t wait I can’t say enough so far about how nice of a park it is just from visiting a few times .
This is a very clean park. Mostly full timers tho, but did have a very nice pull thru spot. Clean and cute enough. Not really a kid place. If I didn’t have kids and dogs it would be ok.
