Reno Cascade Mobile Home Community

This used to be the most amazing place to live... it was like paradise!! I LOVED MY HOME!! BUT... now it's horrible, Everything Has Changed!! They've cut all the trees down in the mobile home park including the beautiful ones in my backyard! They constantly harass you all the time under this new management... they continue to raise the rent and so now I am paying double for the same dirt that my mobile home has been on for years!! They keep charging more and taking away all of our amenities. Don't move here it's horrible!! All they care about is your money!! And getting rid of the older tenants to bring in the new mobile homes.. I kid you not I don't even recognize this place any longer. They tell you they're doing it for the community but they could care less about us!! WE ARE HANGING ON BY A THREAD....Won't be long now!! used to feel safe here no more!! They want our space for a new mobile home!!

2 cars per residence. My friend was dying and they towed her daughter's car. Their compassionate response was to only charge her $200 for one day, rather than $400 for the 2 days. They were on their wayfarer to tow my car when I left. The husband of the dying woman kept going to the door to be sure I wasn't getting towed. The cars were not blocking anything .

I’ve been over here since 2016 , maybe I had seen more than 10 management within 7 years, all of them are worse and worse , the current management the worst one that we had ever have, don’t ever even to think to live over here , they are horrible.

Raising rent and they cut down my trees that I OWN in my yard. We have been here for 20 years and this is how the new management treats us. Inconsiderate and they made the park uglier by cutting every single tree down. Don't even mention the issues with plumbing and electricity. Don't move here lol

Weekly space checks and continued harassment from management. They instruct you to park your extra vehicles in the overflow parking lot at the bottom of the hill and then call to have it towed. This place is absolutely ridiculous if I would have known what we knew now we would have never chosen to move here. We were sold high hopes of community living only to be let down by management. The amenities that they offer i.e. community center, gym, pool and laundromat are not accessible for community tenants and they will control when you are allowed to use without following a specific designated schedule. They will also specific tenants for minor issues, but will not enforce the same rules for tenants directly across the street that are in clear violation with garbage and appliances in there front yard.

Considering what this place is, there are some really incredible views looking into the south east part of the valley. Some units are really nice and you can enjoy sunrise as well, but some really don’t seem to do any maintenance on their spaces or their units. It’s a nice place but I would be cautious before taking any rentals here as the units are not allowed to be rented out by the management company.

I have been here 8 yrs..And nothing has ever been done that was requested or taken care of ..I've been waiting several years to have my drive done a swing set removed..We have a new Manager Alma DeArrcos..She has only been here a very short time and immediately has taken care of these things I have been waiting years on..She is having everyone fix there yards to look nice to make the park look nice..I think she is Amazing..She has done so much in less then 2 months..I welcome her here..I believe she will continue to do great things here..

Bad service and there is a large type of racial discrimination, and prices are more than what is required, impose unwelcome compulsory laws and they follow the style of the ruler and must be followed. I'm living right there trying to move, I didn't see it as good place to live.There's really nice Neighbors and nice view but it's Really Bad Management.

Great views, nice staff, great community use building and facilities in a family environment.
