Bond grill hibachi

I liked the sushi so much, service was fast and the lady was nice and helped me to choose, but what I really didn’t like the atmosphere. Its very very dark ! Something wrong with the lighting! I went in the afternoon and was very dark. But again I liked the sushi

WORST service ever in my life! I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. I complained about the food with the woman who was serving, because was very spicy, I didn’t order spicy, I can’t eat spicy! besides, chicken was so slobbery and thin. And so small portions… She changed the plate but still was very spicy and she was refusing me like if she was the one tasting the food and not her costumer. Of course I didn’t eat the food but she still charged. It was very rude and complete opposite about costumer service, The pilar of a restaurant she even didn’t apologize, when I talked to her respectfully, to take out that plate of the bill, and because we weren’t satisfied with the service, she just didn’t care at all and she said directly to our faces, she doesn’t care. She doesn’t know at all how to treat humans, I have been working for costumer service and and experienced this had me shocked! Never ever going back there. No good food, worst service in Connecticut!

We came last minute because I was in the mood for hibachi. I brought my two sons and we had such a good time. Not only did they get the kids involved but gave mama a few shots of sake too. My little one is annoyingly picky and loved the chicken hibachi and vegetables. Food was great - they are all sweet and service forward. Will definitely be back.

I went to this place today and I was disappointed. The rice was undercooked. The lady that took our order did not tell us we would have to pay an additional $7 if we add noodles to our hibachi order. She basically force us to add the noodles. It was a party of 3 adults and 2 babies she said there is a 18% gratuity charge which is add because it’s a party of 5. I didn’t know restaurants charge for babies. We had 3 hibachi dinner ended up paying $180.

Always great sushi and love the cocktail menu! Asa makes the best drinks. Very friendly staff. One of our go to spots with friends. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and spectacular service. Lin was fantastic! They were able to easily accommodate a food allergy. The drinks were very good and prices were all very fair. Overall a great dining experience, we had a great time! We will be back!

Service and Sushi chef was outstanding. They have new specials which service explained perfectly and the Sushi Chef perfected. I have never tried Uni and was pleasantly surprised. The lobster and tuna appetizer was a delight as well. Yum
