How will we do this? By having fun and motivating classes that revolve around the intensity that is Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing and Jiu Jitsu.
What are we? We are human beings just like you. We just happen to own a gym. Let us help.
*NOTICE: If you are under the age of 18, we require a parent's or legal guardian's consent before being allowed to become a member or trying out a free class.
*FIRST CLASS IS FREE*
-What that means is that you are allowed to tryout one free boxing/kickboxing class and one free jiu jitsu class.
*Each class lasts approximately an hour*
GYM SCHEDULE:
-MORNING Classes are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 10:30AM-11:30AM
-EVENING Classes are Monday-Friday: Starting @5:00PM - 6:00PM; 6:00PM - 7:00PM
Kids Classes---> Mon, Wed---> From 4:00pm-5:00pm (Ages 6-14)
Jiu Jitsu Classes--->Mon and Wed--->From 6:00PM-8:00PM
-Saturday---> From 9am-1pm (Open Gym)
