You are the best in every way! This is the place to go! Today we shared the Crab Cake appetizer, so delicious and not breaded to death like most. We also shared my usual Caesar salad with Kalamata olives added. So delicious. We only leave Porters Neck to come here. Thank you Claira for excellent service.
First of all, we waited for 15 min after we sit down to start order and there’s not much people around, and we waited 30min to get our drink… The mussel with heavy cream taste like it’s been sitting there for days the restaurant let us return it, so a star for that. The Kung Pao brussels sprouts tast good, and the grilled fish tast good. For the “bacon” Mac and cheese there’s not a slice of bacon in it. For the crab soup I have to say this is the first soup I didn’t even finish a quarter of it. But with the price you can’t say much, also be aware the sides does not go along with the dish, it’s separate, they charge you. I’m writing this review first thing in the morning, which is a night later we eat the food, now me and my boyfriend both get diarrhea…
I usually don't like to write reviews but for this case I must. My husband and I have been going to Bonefish in different states and have enjoyed every meal, the atmosphere and service. This is our 3rd time coming to the Wilmington and it may be our last. I'm going to try to make this short. As we sat I noticed that under our table had few rubbish crayons and straws. I just scoot it to the side and don't really want to make a big deal out it. We ordered the Bang Bang shrimp...it was loaded with so much mayo presentation felt rushed. Our dinner has arrived and before we even started eating a COCKCORACH came out of no where. We flagged our waiter and told him that this COCKROACH needs to go away. That pretty much ruined our dinner. Our waiter was very apologetic and appreciate his attentiveness. I will not mention his name because he was a very nice waiter. We decided not to talk to the Manager but this restaurant will need pest control and a good thorough clean up.
OK, the first thing you notice is that I’ve given the restaurant five stars. This is absolutely based on our experience yesterday evening. A couple of months ago we came in near opening time and it was so disorganized that we left. I chalk that up to poor management. I sure am glad we came back for a second try. Our waiter was Jarrett. You will have to experience him for yourself to understand how professional he is. He was certainly the best I have experienced in my lifetime. All of the food was absolutely wonderful. The only “opportunity for improvement”that I found was the absence of any soup selection. I had decided on the corn and crab bisque, and my mouth was already watering until Jarrett informed me there was no soup of any kind, including the one on the menu. And this was about 5:30 in the evening! Again, I chalk this up to management failure. Go and enjoy a great meal. Hopefully management will have soup for you
I was looking forward to a good seafood dinner. The breaded haddock with crab was ok. I think I didn't realize there was so much breading. The brussel sprouts sounded better than they were too. Overall, was still ok, but not as good as I was expecting. Bartender was really friendly and helpful.Food: 3/5
My family truly enjoyed our experience at Bonefish Grill the other day. Our server, Giselle, was amazing! She was so attentive and patient with us. My 7 year old daughter even commented on how great of a server she was! At the end of our meal my son said, “This place is great. The food is great, and the service is great.” And I couldn’t agree more! Refreshing to visit a chain restaurant that still values food quality and customer service.
My husband and I took our two kids to Wilmington for the day, and stopped for some close by seafood. The food was excellent, with great service! Amazing atmosphere and great drinks. Our server, Dylan, was fantastic and gave us an enjoyable time at Bone Fish. Will be back soon!Food: 5/5

Great service and better food. Giselle and Beth were awesome. Bryan the manager was the best. Made us feel like we were eating at their table at home. I've paid more for worst food at local places. Will go again. Thank you so much for the hospitality. You guys rock!Food: 5/5
