I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mike at Alexander Bonjiorno Jewelers in Troy, MI. The complete staff is very welcoming and ready to assist the moment you walk into their doors. I have recently a purchase and had many pieces of jewelry cleaned/repaired. I will definitely recommend Alexander Bongiorno Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed!
After my third pregnancy, my weddings rings no longer fit so I just haven’t worn them for over eight years! I finally revisited Bongiorno Jewelers to get my rings re-sized, customized with a few additional diamonds, and rhodium dipped and I’m so happy I did! If you are looking for a jeweler, I highly recommend seeing the Bongiorno family. They have been a family owned and operated business for over 70 years! They make beautiful, one-of-a-kind custom pieces and treat you like family. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Mike, Dave, and Alexia and they are all amazing.
The Bongiorno Family are excellent jewelers! I have been doing business with them for 20+ years to include purchases, polishing and repairs. I have never been disappointed! My most recent experience tops them all. Mike Bongiorno worked with me to create this custom piece for my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary. He listened intently and created this piece which far exceeded my expectations. My husband absolutely loves it!! We live out of state but with the help of technology, Mike was able to create and execute this masterfully while keeping us in the loop every step of the way. I can't say enough about the Bongiorno Family and their business. They are consistently pleasant, attentive to their craft and honest people. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs. You won't be disappointed!!!
I am so glad I was referred to Bongiorno’s a few years ago. I had a 70 year old wedding ring that needed a lot of work, when I got it back it looked like the day my father gave it to my mother on their wedding day.The craftsmanship is amazing and it’s family owned. I have never left the place without a smile from ear to ear. I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs.
I highly recommend working with Bongiorno. They are a family owned and operated business with a high degree of personal touch and creativity like none other. I would also add … without the “creative design” cost. I am really amazed at the quality of service and the quality of their products for the price. I bought our wedding ring set her ring was created and one of a kind, they created a special necklace out of our fist name initials “JR” that looks amazing 24 years later, and a special anniversary ring worthy of celebrating our marriage. They even helped me reduce the cost by using some older stones from a ring we did not wear anymore it was their idea to help reduce the cost - wow - who does that?. And just recently our daughter was married so I went to see Alexia and found something special for my daughter and wife to celebrate. It did not break the bank and the pieces were stunning. All made in consultation, adding creativity, that made us feel so special. That was my experience and I am a life long customer. I would say if you want personal service from a local family business that offers products and services at a variety of prices to fit your budget, go talk to Alexia, Dave, or Micheal. I am confident you won’t regret it.
Alexia and the team made me feel very comfortable during my search for an engagement ring. I gave Alexia an idea of what I wanted the ring to look like and she masterfully matched diamonds to different settings and bands until I saw the one that was perfect. Once the diamond and band were chosen, it was made in the exact time frame they told me it would be. They were very transparent throughout the entire process and asked for my input while the ring was being assembled to make sure it looked perfect. They are a great family owned business that was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Bongiorno's to anybody in the Detroit area who needs an engagement ring! Thank you!
I would like to share my experiences with the Alexander J. Bongiorno Creative Jeweler located in the Columbia Center in Troy, Michigan. First of all, this is a beautiful venue; it is quiet and very classy in this store. The staff are all family and treat their customers like family -- no kidding! I have been fortunate to purchase gorgeous jewelry here; I have had jewelry expertly repaired often while I wait; I have been fortunate enough to sell older good jewelry to them; they have sent me to experts for evaluation of really good jewelry, all with excellent results. So, if you want a good experience while shopping for jewelry, this is the place!
I love Alexander Bongiorno jewelers. The Bongiorno family is amazing. They have the best, one of a kind Jewelry I’ve seen. And definitely the best on site custom designer in Michigan Mike is amazing. You will absolutely love your experience.
Had a great experience coming here to look for an engagement ring. The team is very helpful and knowledgable about the jewelry crafting process. Really took the time to sit down and run through all the details. The ring came out great!
They make me feel like family, I took my ring in to get resized and brush gold, let me tell you, my ring was scratched up very old and I needed it for our wedding anniversary, Mike went Over and beyond to make sure I had it just in time, due to the many orders he had. And my ring looks like a brand new ring, I mean no scratches super shiny OMG I can’t believe the great quality work they do, he made me his priority and he would not take a $20 tip from me. All he ask if I tell others about their store. In their heart it’s truly not about the money it’s about making their customers happy, and believe me I cry with happy tears thank you Mike.
