Worst Pandora Store in Michigan. My wife and I have gone to multiple stores and never found a store so disorganized . They made us check in and told us 20min wait. A glance on the tablet showed us that we had 5 people ahead of us. 20min later two people were served and we asked how many people were in front of us and if they had an estimate. 4 people and about 20min. OK I thought maybe I mistook 5 for 6. Another 20min passed and another 2 people were called. We started to be impatient and asked. This time it was three people left. Now I started wondering. They rotated the crew and after three people being served. We were supposed to be next. We waited almost an hour and finally got to ask for what we came for. It was so obvious that the crew had let their friends and family cut the lines when the store was already full. We hinted at the Store Manager that something was out of line but were just waved away. I am sad I have to give one star but this is so unprofessional it had to be this low. This needs fixing.
Don’t shop here their rude and unprofessional. I placed a order online and went in to pick it up, i walked in and no one acknowledged me. There were four ladies standing around talking and only one had a customer. I waited about twenty minutes before i was help by the lady with the customer, and she seemed like she had an attitude. after all that my order wasn’t ready. I usually shop at Pandora a lot but i think ill take my business somewhere else.
It was a terrible shopping experience. The service staff didn't want to talk to me before I showed my membership, and I wasn't even allowed to look around by myself.
Wonderful sales staff, found exactly what I needed. That lovely lady saved Christmas for me!

I had a charm of R2-D2 and it broke. I got it replaced before the year I bought it. Which is a win. I thought I had to buy another one. The ladies there even cleaned my whole charm bracelet for me and I bought another addition to my collection need another bracelet, the Beauty and the Beast Rose in a glass case. It’s so beautiful. I love that all my charms are on file already, so I don’t have to locate a receipt. I’m very happy. Clean bracelet, R2-D2 replaced, with an addition to add to my collection, a Rose. Very happy customer
Rude management. I bought an item online. Had my kids with me. All what I asked is if I could simply pickup the item that’s already paid off for. They asked me to go back inline for an hour wait.
I went in to return a bracelet that I only had for 2 months. The clasp on the bracelet somehow was loose and my bracelet fell off twice. The young lady showed my bracelet to I guess it was the manager and she had the nerve to say that it appears that it was yanked. I have multiple pieces from Pandora and I know that it was not yanked. She said she couldn't do anything for me. She was very rude and I will not visit this location again. If you see multiple complaints for the same thing you would think there would be a change. I did call corporate and was able to get a new bracelet.
They need to work on retraining their staff. Me and a friend went in today for fun shopping day and didn’t want to go anywhere after our experience here because they were so condescending towards us, like we couldn’t afford it, especially when I asked for real gold. Staff wasn’t very friendly
