Every time I shop here the attendants are extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. The clothes from this brand are much better than competing brands for guys with thicker builds, but overall I'm more satisfied with their customer service than anything. Marcos helped me today and was excellent, but based on my experience you can't go wrong at least stopping in, regardless of who's on duty.
“Custom suits” no so custom. Standard sizing on everything. Pants come in either skinny or baggy. After purchase I was told they do not hem the pants. Go get a real fitting and get an actual custom suit.
Mixed reviews here. Person working there was super friendly and even took off the expedited shipping cost from my order so I could get it in time. Only downside is that this is just a fitting and trial store. They don't have actual products to buy. It would have been great to know this before making the trip all the way.
A relaxed atmosphere to try on clothes before you buy. Note, you can only try on and get a feel for the items i the shop. You cannot buy and walk out with the clothes. I was hesitant to buy a pair of the chino 2.0 Bonobos pants online without trying them on first, so the Bonobos UTC location was a great find on my visit to San Diego. The staff was super chill and helpful, and got me all squared away with what to buy. I am looking forward to receiving my shipment to my home.
The store is so neat and well kept. This review is for the outstanding service. Luke is so helpful and friendly and goes way above and beyond. He found me the perfect fit, and color. And then he sent me an email few days later to check if I’m happy with the items I purchased. I recommend this store to everyone. Ask for Luke. He really knows customer service.

Awesome prints, and colors for the modern man. Downside is that you can’t walk out with anything, but they have one of everything for try on purposes which they use to then place an order for you online. Kinda good kinda bad. Ignore the 1 star reviews without explanation, they shouldn’t even be posted.
I love the style and fit of this place. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I have over a dozen items from this brand. The fit is excellent and the style is one that always get compliments on.
The several times I’ve been here, I have had a terrific experience and the staff have been very helpful. Most recently, Kyle and Luke provided a lot of assistance and guidance and I am very grateful for their time!
