Thank you so much dear Ronald. I came on a Saturday and he was busy, but he managed to attend all the customers with attention and listen carefully for what we all were looking for. I literally came in for a glitter but he showed me so many other interesting products that end up buying. He even applied and reached me how to apply the concealer with a brush with gentle motion.
My first time at this NYX, and I felt very welcome. I normally am very shy and afraid to ask questions but the woman who attended me was very friendly and helpful. The service was very good and the variety of products in the store is great
Awful customer service. They are great at making you feel welcome and helping you try the products. However if you have to return a product, the experience will be completely different. I am still waiting to hear back from a manager went to the store AND called twice last week and no ONE bothered following up. Going back to MAC products. I am happy to pay twice more at a store that value customers.
The worker was extremely friendly and helpful! She was able to get me the Machinist Grind palette that was sold out everywhere! I really thank her for going above and beyond to help me and she was clearly very into makeup!
Jazz was very nice to me and attentive to my needs, She understood that I haven't worn make up in over 10 years and was helpful with my questions. She put me at ease and never made me feel dumb. For sure going back.
OMG a NYX store! Prices can be a little more than Ulta especially with Ulta's sales and rewards program but the selection and newest products are unmatched. The folks that work here are more than happy to help with samples too. Lovely addition to the UTC mall which is upscale and stuffy.
Has my watch repaired- they were very courteous and quick turn around time. Beautiful jewelry
Had many different products and was checked on several time by the employees to see if I needed help.
Staff is always so helpful! New stuff almost every month and at low prices.
Leidy was a fanatic artist. She helped find a great primer and was super sweet and helpful
