Awesome burgers! We had the Peacock and the Yosef burgers. Delicious, juicy, too hot to pickup when they were brought out. Nice fries also. We've had dogs on a previous trip and they are outstanding as well. A little off the beaten path but worth the trip!

My first time here! And well worth the drive to Yadkinville, NC. Man, I tried the Mountaineer Burger and it was awesome and probably one of the best burgers I have ever eaten! French fries still the best and just the way I love them. Excellent food and such awesome and friendly staff. They also have a Drive-Thru too. I can't wait till they add the hickory-smoked barbecue to the menu since I've heard that Drews Dad, Andrew is an experienced pit-master. Great job Andrew, Drew, and Crew! I'll be back

Super delicious! Worth the drive too. The grandfather burger added their signature candied jalapenos and of course couldn't pass up on the hot dog. Got the chocolate cake on the way out but no picture as we ate on the way home Thanks again to the crew and met the father today, super awesome

I love this restaurant! They have some of the best hot dogs I've ever had! This restaurant is family owned so from my understanding it's the father and his two children and some employees that work there. Their customer service is phenomenal and makes me want to come back. They are very down to earth and take the time to get to know you. I've never had such good service at a restaurant before.

If you want to feel a bit like you are at Appalachian State University but can’t actually BE there, then make a little drive to Boone Doggies in Yadkinville, where you will be immersed in everything ASU. Heavily adorned with ASU regalia and memorabilia even the menu items are named after iconic ASU/Boone/High Country places and things, Boone Doggies glows with the esprit de corps of the Mountaineer Nation. And they make a scrumptious lunch for you to enjoy as well. I’m actually going to start with the fries. Hand cut and perfectly salted, they were FANTASTIC—among the best fries I’ve ever had. They are thin, approaching shoestring dimensions, but that means more surface area...and more surface area means more flavor! The burger was also excellent—hot, juicy, and flavorful. Toppings were fresh and excellent. The hot dog all the way was delicious—chili was excellent, slaw was very good, but the dog could have used a touch more mustard. I’m nitpicking. All of this is served up by a very friendly and gracious staff that truly works as a team. The only negative I noticed is that the restaurant is small and pretty loud inside. This should not deter you. It certainly won’t deter me. Definitely worth a trip!

Ate here for lunch one day and we’re 100% sold. The food was so good, decently priced and did I mention really good? I had the hotdog with chili and coleslaw and it was amazing. My husband had the chicken sandwich and he loved his as well. He hasn’t stopped talking about the fries either! Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been debating on leaving this review for a few weeks now and I’ve decided I’m going to. I had first heard about this place from some friends and that the food was great. I got to try the chicken salad sandwich and loved it, however that’s the only thing I was able to try before the staff and owner started talking about me while I was there. It was obvious and very clear because of the looks I was given. It’s too bad people like that run and operate the place, I was really starting to go there more often. Oh well, I’ll spend my money elsewhere before I give it to two faced people. Summed up, if you’re looking for decent food and bottom feeder service, top notch place.

We ate here today for the first time and we will be back. Service was fast and friendly even though they were busy! Food came out quick and was delicious. Had a burger and fries and it was so fresh and delicious, my husband had two dogs with chili and said they were awesome!! Hand cut Fries are super yummy too! Can’t wait to go back!!

This place is amazing. Best burgers. Get it with everything on it and candy jalapeños. Going back for sure.
