For over 20 years Roger Hayes has been warming peoples hearts with his cooking skill and passion. Two years ago he began Elite Eats by RE as a side venture that has taken off. Now he is taking it to the "fun" level by starting a food truck in the Triad of North Carolina.
Roger truly is known for his amazing dishes and a first class presentation. Over his long career he has been an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Catering Director, Banquet Manager and Event Planner. He has worked at Forsyth Country Club, Adams Mark Hotel, Tanglewood Park, Piedmont Club and now for HIS SELF!
WutYaSay--Food Truck is his fun side coming forth. Featuring and exciting menu of healthy choices as well as those deep fried treats we all LOVE. From Perfectly Seasoned Fried Fish, Grilled Salmon and Rice Trays to Chef Salads and Grilled Rib Eye Steaks every bite will literally cause your soul to smile.
Perfecting the art of the pound cake has been a goal of Roger's and I declare that boy has DONE IT! Simple but absolutely delicious!
