Worst place ever they do not know what they are doing they will mess up your phones
I WAS JUST RIPPED OFF! I was sold a defective phone for 200 and change. Not even 24 hours later I went back.They would only give me 65 dollars. They kept 14.99 for screen protector 25.00 for phone set up 20.00 for a plastic phone case and customer service gave them the activation fee 50.00 7.00 bucks insurance back and they got the phone. I was told the owner sonny Kahn would call me and settle this when he gets back from vacation. we'll see if that happens. Complete robbery. This isn't over. I'll go to social media. They have my number
Brenda Alvarado put my concerns to rest. Prior to visiting her at the store, 4 boost phone operators misinformed me. She is honest and can multitask and MADE MY DAY!! Thank you Brenda! She deserves a promotion!!
They have taken full advantage of my 80+yo grandmother! Told her they don’t help people to figure out their phone she would have to go to the library! After calling for 4 hours I still have not been represented by a manager! Do not go to this store!
