I brought my 86 year old mother to get a hearing test today and get her fitted for hearing aids. The front office was very pleasant and dr Cheryl was very attentive to my mom and made her feel comfortable.I was a very good experience. Thank you!
I bought hearing aids from Hear USA in 2015. Other than an adjustment to the left hearing aid, I never had a problem with them. During the pandemic, I accidentally ripped the wire from the hearing aid while removing the mask. Shortly after that, the right hearing aid stopped working. I thought I would purchase my next pair at another hearing aid company that was closer to home. Big mistake! Went back a few times for adjustments, but they just didn't work for me. I did return them. Went to Hear USA and noticed after a while I had trouble hearing again. Apparently the inserts did not fit properly. Returned today for different inserts. I was finally able to hear..even through masks! For those that are hard of hearing, this is a very big deal. I was feeling isolated and avoiding people due to my significant hearing loss. I cannot thank Cheryl enough for her help. I strongly recommend Hear USA!
I loved how everyone that I've spoke with from HearUSA has been helpful and patient with myself and my mother during this process. Everyone answer all my questions and returned my calls to ensure I got the information I needed for my mother's appointment. The virtual appt with Cheryl went well and I am glad to be working with this company. No complaints from this customer!
The remote aspect to this whole scenario is wonderful! I don't have to worry about ferry reservations, booking a time slot is a chore, and all can be taken care of remotely, even checking your ear canals. You are sent a laptop/equipment whereby you video with the audiologist and you are brought through all the tests as if you were in the Audiologist's office. Convenient? You bet! I ordered the hearing aids suggested, was again sent the appropriate equipment, easy to use, and contacted the audiologist to make sure all was set to the best settings, if not, the audiologist then remotely reprograms the hearing aids. This procedure is followed any time I feel the need for an adjustment. You are sent the equipment and it is picked up right from your doorstep. Works well!
Absolutely amazing experience! I finally gathered the nerve to go and get my ears checked & HEARUSA made it well worth it ! They were extremely professional and sensitive to my hearing loss. My visit ended with tears of joy, let’s just say I’ll be getting “new ears” thanks to HEARUSA ! Looking forward to my next visit !
I am confident the aids I have are just what the doctor ordered well, of course, she is the doctor and recommended aids that work well and arranged warrantee service when I managed to mangle the control bar.
I arrived on time and went right in to see the doctor within 5 minutes. Thank you for your great services.
