Boost has Excellent price on the monthly plan & I've never had a problem receiving signal

Very satisfied with the young man! Needed an upgrade and he got me setup with a great phone at a cheap price and switched all my pictures over.

Oh my God! I was having a problem with my phone for weeks and the gentleman stayed with me on the phone with customer service until they fixed it. He even put on a new screen protector for me!!

This review is a few months overdue, but the young man who helped me was very helpful and explained things better than the phone customer service reps had. I'm satisfied with my service on the "extended" network now that I've gotten a phone compatible with it, and I don't see myself switching away from Boost any time soon.

Had a very bad experience today dealing with Ange the girl that works morning shifts on Sundays, she was completely unprofessional, I was tiring to get her to help my fix my problem with my sim card that I bought from her 3 weeks ago, I am not receiving any text messages on my new phone but she was so rude to me and my wife and asked us to go call the customer service to help us. I am so disappointed.

This is a terrible place.  The manager assisted me.  However she messed up and my phone was disabled for two hours. I had told her I was traveling and desperately needed it to stay connected.  She was too busy asking me personal questions and talking on her personal cell phone. I would never do business there again.

Had serious phone issues with Metroe. Customer service was the greatest.  She stayed after store close I switched to Boost got a new LG Stylus 2 for 30.00. Nice case Cover.  I am a happy camper not to say wayyyy better service : thank u boost

Worst cell phone store I've EVER been in.  The sales staff are uneducated, rude and don't care.  I walked in at 7:15 and was immediately told that they were closing at 8 in an attempt to rush me out the door.  The staff could barely answer any questions I had about the phones and acted like I was an inconvenience.  Also, just FYI - the phones they sell are low quality and after 7 days, IT'S YOURS.  They do nothing to help you.  You have to contact the manufacturer of the phone and wait for weeks apparently, like anyone has time for that.  Shop somewhere else!

Nacy at the fuquay location has been great she has been real I'm formative about all services and boost Mobile products she's the rollmodel for boost Mobile she never doesn't smile or doesn't lack any professional attidue
