Don't get a phone or service through this store! When I got my phone, sales person said I needed insurance before she would sell me a phone; she said that this would drop after a few months if I no longer wanted insurance. It never did. According to Boost, insurance is always optional and it's not necessary for service. I've been reimbursed for the insurance and Boost is looking into the issue.

I've looked for this Boost store THREE time and I can't find it. Is this store still open or does it even exist?
