Avoid this place! The pump came apart on my husband and he got diesel fuel all over him. The manager, Shannon, yelled at me when I asked if my card was being charged. She didn’t offer to do anything to help. I asked for the owners phone number and she kept yelling at me so we just left. If you are the owner please reach out to me to make this right.
Called on 01/29 at 1:11pm asked if they had a particular item in stock and the clerk woman stated that they usually carry them but she didn’t have time to check. Isn’t that your job lady, quit being lazy. It doesn’t take much to walk over and check. I’m an hour away I’m Not traveling an hour just to check myself.
I stopped about 4pm Thursday to try the chicken and get some fuel. The heavy set lady with red hair behind the register was very rude to me and and to the fuel staff outside. There was a minor pump number mistake and probably my fault. But for what it was, It seemed to be a simple misunderstanding and could have been corrected easily. But instead, she decided to make a scene and verbally argue with me. I don’t care who you think you are behind the counter, but customer service is first and she needs to be professional and treat people with respect. The chicken that she packaged for me was old and had a chewy texture. I had heard that the chicken was Good but it guess it just isn’t fresh at 4pm, or she decided to give me what was left from earlier in the day. I hope at the very least, her manager will address her attitude, and correct the situation with customer service training. I am just passing through Hermiston. However, I think it is important that this is known. There are many choices to stop for convenience items and fuel through town. My first experience with rocket mart was Not Positive.
The guy who works early mornings cashier is awesome always doing excellent he can run all the registers at once and get people in and out fast. What a excellent employee you guys have for real !!!
Pulled up to fuel truck at 11:45pm, attendant walked out and turned pumps off as we were fueling
Worse place I could have ever worked the owner doesn't care abt the employees and if your a female don't expect to get treated properly working there and he doesn't care about health issues there are cocroaches in the store the chicken when getting ready to go into the walk in cooler stays outside where they wash all of the dishes and when they prep the chicken to get cooked thee container with the chicken stays out all day even if the cooler in buckets of water over night the bathroom never works and is always out of order an I have been waiting for the past 2 years to get my w2 from them which they refuse to give to me
The store has no promblem double charging your card! I’ve been back 3 times and played phone tag with people who work there and I get the same thing well I guess since we can’t settle this I wished in a review you can post pictures but you can’t I love to show the double charges!
No longer a truck stop. Diesel no longer available. Has gas pumps only and trucks are not welcome near the pumps. The lot is unlit. Overnite parking is not permitted. Access is difficult and parking for doubles is not available. They had biscuits and gravy, sorry to miss them now.
We really like Rocket Mart We have bought 000"s of $$ of diesel there But the new readers on the diesel don't accept Amex Hope you can fix that
I pulled in, they pumped my gas, the gentleman working was pleasantly helpful.
